Medical Procedure Animations

Medical procedures can often be complicated and challenging to explain, especially to a patient. Elara is known for creating photo-realistic 3D Animated videos that highlight and explain complex medical procedures for their clients. These clinically accurate animations are used at trade shows, for product launches, and even during internal training sessions. Engaging and educating healthcare providers on how procedures should be performed and why they benefit the patient, ultimately providing better care. 3D Animation brings new techniques to life so you can share your findings with the rest of the medical community. Take a look at a few of the projects our team has produced throughout the years.

Baxano Lumbar Stenosis

In this 3D spine animation, we highlight common reasons for spine surgery as well as the benefits of our client’s new Lumbar Stenosis Decompression device.  This device is a tool used by surgeons to shave down areas of the bone to access areas of the spine that were previously inaccessible. This video was designed to educate surgeons, sales representatives, and patients. Years later, the animation is still used by surgeons to accurately explain the procedure.

Relievant

The Intracept Procedure helps patients suffering from chronic low back pain. Often, vertebral endplates and the basivertebral nerve contribute to chronic back pain. The Intracept Procedure can relieve these issues. While originally developed for use at conferences, soon after deployment, the Relievant 3D Animation was strategically revamped to be utilized within our client’s trade show booth as a feature attraction for a much broader audience.

Zyga SImmetry

The SImmetry System is a minimally invasive procedure for patients with unresolved symptoms of sacroiliac (SI) joint dysfunction that have not responded to conservative non-surgical therapies. Diagnosing sacroiliac joint dysfunction can be difficult, considering the symptoms tend to mimic other common conditions related to joint and spine pain. Elara created a mixed-media joint animation video that shows what the SImmetry System procedure entails and how it can reduce severe joint pain, while helping patients recover from the procedure in just a day or two.

Verbally explaining the intricacies of these procedures can be a challenge for many providers and individuals. Use 3D Animation to detail complex processes that your clients may otherwise miss. Contact Elara today to learn more about how we can bring your medical procedure to life for audiences around the globe, including business partners, care providers, and even patients.
