Microfibers are synthetic polymers and usually much longer than the cellulose fibers won from organic materials. They are also about an order of magnitude thinner, typically only a few micrometers. They don’t like to bind water. The water absorption of the microfibre comes mostly from a clever production technique that increases the surface area of the fibers.
This brief but very beautiful illustration shows some of the remarkable talent at Elara Systems. They are immensely creative (not to mention quite a lot of fun with whom to work).
Elara Systems. Yes, you can have a good time and do exceptional work.
