They were preparing to change the way surgeons could perform several minimally invasive surgeries and needed marketing and sales tools to showcase the features and benefits of their products. Gyrus ACMI felt that their regionally-based customers would respect the opinions of regionally-known experts. Gyrus ACMI had regional experts ready to discuss the benefits of the innovation and turned to Elara Systems for a solution that would ensure each regional video was consistent; avoiding the tremendous time and cost implications of flying a film crew to each region.
The Solution:

Elara Systems managed the entire video production for Gyrus ACMI, including vetting local film crews, specifying cameras, lighting, and positioning. All the minute details that ensured the videos success were captured consistently. After creating exacting 3D models and realistic 3D animation, Elara Systems combined the live action and computer generated images into a seamless result that represented the world-class quality of Gyrus ACMI's products. The successful videos were released on CD and distributed regionally throughout the U.S. as well as leveraged on multiple plasma displays at the American Urological Association's annual tradeshow.
